1. General Booking Policy
All bookings are protected under our ATOL certification (details on our website). By proceeding, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Securing Your Reservation
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Upon receipt, we will issue a confirmation invoice. Telephone bookings are legally binding once confirmed, with cancellation fees effective immediately.
3. Price Assurance
Charter Flights: The price quoted on your invoice is final and will not change.
Scheduled Flights: Prices are fixed only after full payment is received. Excludes government-imposed changes.
4. Modifications to Your Booking
Minor Adjustments: We will notify you promptly of any insignificant changes (e.g., slight timing tweaks).
Major Changes: Significant alterations (e.g., departure time shifts exceeding 12 hours, airport changes outside London, or airline swaps) entitle you to:
Accept the revised plans.
Choose a comparable alternative.
Cancel for a full refund.
5. Group Travel Requirements
Certain trips require a minimum group size. If numbers fall short, we reserve the right to cancel and refund all payments. Prices may rise if the group size decreases.
6. Flight Details
Airlines, schedules, and airports listed on your invoice are provisional. Specific carriers or aircraft types cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Review your policy to ensure coverage meets your needs.
8. Payment & Cancellation
Deposit: Bookings are confirmed only after deposit receipt.
Cancellation Fees:
42 days: Deposit forfeited
29–42 days: 50% of total
15–28 days: 70% of total
8–14 days: 90% of total
<7 days/post-ticket issuance: 100% non-refundable
Charter Flights: Full cancellation fee applies immediately.
9. Alterations by You
Changes (excluding adding passengers) incur an amendment fee per person. Written confirmation is required. Additional charges may apply.
10. Client Responsibilities
Verify all booking details and documents (passports, visas, health requirements) before travel.
Notify us in writing of medical conditions or disabilities. We may cancel bookings if accommodations cannot be met.
11. Conduct & Liability
You are responsible for damages caused by misconduct. We reserve the right to terminate your trip without refund for disruptive behavior.
12. Unavoidable Circumstances
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, technical failures).
13. Document Delivery & Reconfirmation
Travel documents are typically sent 7 days pre-departure. Late bookings may require airport collection.
Reconfirm all flights 72 hours before departure. Failure to do so may result in additional costs.
14. Legal & Financial Protection
Disputes are subject to UK jurisdiction. Non-UK residents agree to English courts.
ATOL certification ensures financial protection. An ATOL Certificate will be issued with your booking.
15. Policy Updates
Terms may only be amended in writing by an authorized company representative.
